Delivery

Delivery is FREE to anywhere on the planet when you spend £30 or over. All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail First Class, and all worldwide orders via Airmail.

For delivery times use the following as a guide...

UK - 1-4 working days
Europe - 3-5 working days
Rest of the world - 4-8 working days
Special Delivery (UK only) - next morning - £5.00

We endeavour to send all orders within 24hrs, however, being a relatively small company in fashion terms, sudden surges in demand can result in us running out of stock for certain products. So if you need your order by a certain date, feel free to contact us to double check we can send the order straight away. If we are out of stock we can normally get the product back in stock within a few days.

Special Delivery

Need something urgently? For an extra £5, orders placed before 3pm can be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee next morning delivery. Simply select this option in the checkout. Just remember to make sure someone's there to sign for it.

All Slut products come with a 14 day 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or it's the wrong size, just send it back to us. As long as the item is in the condition you received it, with tags intact, and within 14 days of the date of purchase, we'll be more than happy to give you a full refund or exchange it for the right size.

Once your payment has been authorised and accepted we will send you a confirmation of the order by email, however as you know the word "Slut" has received some pretty bad press over the years, and as a result we often encounter difficulties with spam filters blocking emails from us.
