Delivery – Orders over £40 are FREE

All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail First Class, and all worldwide orders via Royal Mail Airmail. All our designs are in stock and ready to go. If you place your order before  2pm Mon-Fri it’ll be sent out same day.

Estimated times…

UK – 1-3 working days
Europe – 3-5 working days
Rest of the world – 4-8 working days

Special Delivery (£6)

Need something urgently? If you’re in the UK and ordering before 2pm Monday to Friday, just select Special Delivery in the check out to guarantee next morning delivery. However you’ll need to make sure someone’s at your address to sign for it, to avoid having to collect it from your local Royal Mail sorting office.

Returns – 90 Days & 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

All Slut products come with a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you are unsatisfied for any reason or it’s the wrong size, just send it back to us. As long as it’s in the condition you received it with any tags intact, we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or exchange it for the right size.

Please keep a receipt of postage from your shipper as without this we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. If you’re in the UK a Royal Mail receipt is fine

Payment – We Accept All Card Types

We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards. If you don’t have a Paypal account, just check out nomrally and when you get to our Paypal page just click on the “Dont have paypal?” link and it’ll let you enter your card details.

Security

The Slut website is as secure as they come. We never store customer’s credit card details, and always use a secure server, protected by an authentic RapidSSL certificate issued by GeoTrust. All your personal information and credit card information between your PC (or phone) and our website are transmitted in an encrypted form so no one else can see it.

Privacy

We are completely committed to protecting your privacy, and only use the information you give us to process orders and create a one to one shopping experience. We do not and will never ever share the information you give us with any outside company or third party.
